Stayed here one night in a cabin on a cycling trip. It was the perfect place to rest and recuperate after the ride. Room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and helpful. A very well run establishment. Best place we stayed on a 2 week trip. Thank you!

Great spot, with friendly helpful staff, and excellent facilities. The large aviary is one of our favourite spot, with well cared for birdlife.

The bunk beds have very thin mattresses, you are basically sleeping on padded metal. Where I slept the heater was very small and did not do much. The room was clean but the kitchen and toilets were dirty.

The camp grounds and facilities are in great condition and the staff are friendly and efficient. Recommended for a relaxing holiday beside the Whanganui River.

A great little park, in a nice location. Perfect weekend away for the family. Spacious tent sites, dogs allowed and plenty for the kids to do for a few days.

Lovely camp, have been going therefore years, great for kids. It was just unfortunate that for the last few nights we had a noisy commercial refrigerator on the site behind us. My wife couldn’t sleep so she cut her paid visit short by two nights and I got the blame. I am deaf, so the noise didn’t effect me.
